If you’re on this platform, it means you decided to engage in the monitoring of a public contract in your country within the project iMonitor 2.0 – Enhancing law enforcement efficiency by bringing together public procurement data analytics and civil monitors 2.0 (Project number: 101217271).
The iMonitor project empowers citizens to actively engage in monitoring public contracts, contributing to transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption efforts locally. We introduce an innovative public contract monitoring model, combining data-driven risk assessment with on-the-ground monitoring by trained civic monitors. The goal is to provide actionable information to authorities to address corruption and fraud in public procurement, fostering strong civil society networks for sustained anti-corruption efforts. We implement our approach in seven European countries/regions: Albania, Bulgaria, Catalonia (Spain), France, Italy, Poland and Romania.
This online course will help you gather the necessary tools to go through this activity, and to master the Reporting tool, an online form used in this project to collect information and proceed to the eventual signaling of misuse or inefficient use of public funds.
